Old Georgetown Creamery

I go here quite frequently and love this place! The man that is always working there is super friendly. The ice cream and footings are the best around and the prices can't be beat. I decided to write this review after something that happened during one of my latest visits there. A lady became very angry when she thought she was not waited on in the right order And became very rude and verbally abusive with the man working there. He tried to explain to her that the lady had ordered before her but she didn't want to hear it. She vowed to "destroy this place on social media" and that really bothered me because I knew the man had done nothing wrong. The customer that she said she was ahead of even spoke up and tried to explain. I see she kept her promise because I see her review on here....Rose Snow. Prior to COVID-19 we have gone here once if not twice a week for over a year. Never has there been a visit where we weren’t greeted with a smile, the owner always remembers our order and is pleasant as can be to my family. We love the “hotdog and ice cream store” and it’s one of our favorite family date places!!

Ice cream is a must always! Loved the local shop.
